Digital Products
The products sold through morecaknit.com are digital knitting patterns delivered electronically in PDF format. No physical goods are shipped. -
Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
If you are a consumer purchasing digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, you may in certain cases have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract.
However, if before delivery you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content, acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and the contract confirmation is provided to you on a durable medium, your right of withdrawal will be lost once the supply of the digital content begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If the legal conditions for losing the right of withdrawal are not met, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
-
No Refunds After Delivery, Except Where Required by Law
Because our products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, we do not generally offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering by mistake, duplicate purchase, or lack of compatibility with software or devices that are commonly capable of opening PDF files, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. -
Non-Conforming or Defective Digital Content
If the digital content you purchased is defective, incomplete, inaccessible, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, please contact us at info@morecaknit.com.
Please include:
your order email address,
the name of the purchased pattern,
a description of the issue,
and, where possible, screenshots or other helpful details.
Where required by law, we will take appropriate steps to bring the digital content into conformity, including by re-sending the file, correcting the file, or providing another appropriate remedy. If the digital content cannot be brought into conformity, or if this is not done within the time required by applicable law, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Complaint Handling
We aim to review and respond to complaints within 14 days of receiving all information reasonably necessary to assess the matter. -
Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer, you may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures available under applicable law. The availability and rules of such procedures depend on your country of residence and the nature of the dispute. -
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
