    These Terms apply to all purchases made through morecaknit.com, unless otherwise stated on the website.

  2. Products
    The website sells digital knitting patterns delivered electronically, usually in PDF format. Product descriptions on the website form part of the contract.

  3. Ordering and Contract Formation
    To place an order, you must provide complete and accurate information, including a valid email address. Once payment is successfully completed and the order is accepted, a contract is concluded.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address entered during checkout is correct. If the email address is incorrect, delivery may fail.

  1. Delivery
    Digital products are delivered electronically, usually by email and or through an on-screen download method made available after checkout.

Delivery is usually made without undue delay after payment has been confirmed. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please first check your spam or junk folder and then contact us at info@morecaknit.com.

No physical shipment is made.

    Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed through external payment service providers and payment methods made available at checkout.

    a device capable of downloading and storing files,
    and software capable of opening PDF files.

The products are standard digital files intended for personal access by the purchaser. The website does not guarantee compatibility with modified, outdated, unsupported, or unusual software or device environments.

    If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights under applicable law in relation to digital content, including rights relating to withdrawal before supply begins, and rights where digital content is not in conformity with the contract.
