All products sold through morecaknit.com are digital knitting patterns delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

After payment is confirmed, the purchased file is usually delivered without undue delay by email and or through an on-screen download method available after checkout.

Please make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you do not receive the file within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder and then contact us at info@morecaknit.com.
