*The nougat top is knitted with two strands of Lang Yarns Crealino, col. 1089.0015, held together. [SIZE M]
*The black top is knitted with two strands of Pascuali Nepal, col. 12, held together. [SIZE M]

The Gia Top is worked bottom-up in stockinette stitch. The front and back are worked flat separately, shaped using decreases and increases to create a silhouette with gentle waist shaping. The armholes and shoulder slopes are shaped with bind-offs while short rows are used to shape the neckline, for a smooth and comfortable fit. The neckband is then worked flat as a continuation of each piece before the stitches are bound off. Finally, the front and back are seamed at the sides and shoulders.

Size guide:

The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL are designed to fit a bust circumference of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm [31½-33½ (33½-35½) 35½-37½ (37½-39½) 39½-43¼ (43¼-47¼) 47¼-51¼ (51¼-55) 55-59 in].

The Gia Top has a gently shaped fit and is designed to have approx. 5–10 cm [2–4 in] of positive ease, with the larger sizes featuring less ease to ensure a more balanced and comfortable fit. This means the garment’s measurements will be approx. 5–10 cm [2–4 in] larger than your bust, waist, and hip circumference, depending on the size. Measure your body before you begin to choose the size that fits best. For example, if your bust measures 95 cm [37½ in], you should knit a size M. The finished garment for size M is 100 cm [39¼ in], which gives approx. 5 cm [2 in] of positive ease.
